Usually, your package will be on its way within 10-14 days, and if you have any questions about shipping or costs, we're just a message away.

We’ll take care of it—whether that means filing a claim or finding a solution that works for you, like a refund or replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sweet Alchemy! However, because scent is subjective and due to the personal nature of body products, we cannot refund or exchange items that may not suit your taste.

Any defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
